Dining Room

This space had to incorporate an adult space for entertaining as well as the main play area/toy store for the children. It is also the main entry point to the house from the shared hallway to the adjoining house. We installed a cast iron radiator in the same colour as the fireplace and lower cabinetry in the kitchen to allow the spaces to flow with their joint use when entertaining and eating. We used contemporary storage units to hide childrens toys with open pockets to showcase adult items keeping the dining area cohesive.
